I have had a real good week this week working out. I lost two pounds now I’m down to 222 that 71 pounds lost! I thought it would have been more, buy hey I’m not complaining! I’m starting to run more and it feels good. I am hoping to do the Amory railroad 5K in April. We’ll see. 79 days in arrow without missing a walk or run. Eating is still good see the log……doing this today not tomorrow!
