Well here I am trying to do a daily update. Today was good food wise….. Had little over 1000 calories, I was tempted with fried chicken for lunch, but I opted for the grilled chicken sandwich instead. Tonight Me and Jenny started the C25K running plan, after we finished it’s 25 minute workout we finished up what we had left to do to get our 5 miles. I felt real good strong doing the run part and Jenny did real good on her running she hung in there. I weighed this morning even though I did my weekly yesterday and today I weighed 243, so that’s a total of 50 now! I’m doing this today not tomorrow!
